At last month’s fiction focus critique group meeting, I was able to introduce some of my longtime critique-mates and dear friends to my pal Kenneth Mark Hoover’s newest novel, Haxan.
You can call this book the Old West re-imagined in dark fantasy. Lonesome Dove meets The Punisher. Gunsmoke meets The Traveler In Black. At least, that’s what editors and authors are saying. I’m about to get my read-on and find out for myself.
